Fuzja H01 is another phase of a multi-stage revitalization project, in which former industrial structures are being transformed into a modern, multifunctional urban environment. The development includes multi-level parking facilities complemented by retail and service spaces adapted for commercial and gastronomic use.
APP-Projekt is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the investment – from investor supervision, through contractor coordination, to health and safety control – ensuring smooth execution at every stage of the project.
Completed phase H01(21) comprises 5 parking levels, 130 parking spaces, and 3 levels of service areas with a total gross floor area of 6,778 sqm. The facility was delivered and commissioned in June 2025. In parallel, phase H01(17) is currently under construction and includes 5 parking levels with 237 spaces, along with 2 levels of service areas totaling 7,605 sqm. Once completed, both phases will form a cohesive and functional complex that responds to the city’s infrastructure needs while aligning with the principles of sustainable urban development and preserving the historical character of the site.
The project is developed by Echo Investment, with the architectural design prepared by Arcad.
Our involvement in the Fuzja project has been long-term. In earlier stages, we delivered a number of key projects, including an office and service building of approx. 20,000 sqm (construction and tenant coordination, including for Fujitsu), the CitySpace project (approx. 5,600 sqm, full construction management scope including site management, supervision, project management, cost control, and tenant coordination), as well as the I01 office building (approx. 10,000 sqm), which is currently being redeveloped into residential units delivered in a turnkey standard.
