In Główna (Pobiedziska municipality), at Partnerska Street, the construction of a modern production and warehouse facility for the investor – 7R Project 99 Sp. z o.o. – has commenced. This is the first project delivered by APP-Projekt in cooperation with this investor.
Currently, earthworks and ground preparation, including soil reinforcement, are underway on site. This is a key phase of the investment, crucial for the proper execution of subsequent construction works.
The project ultimately involves the development of a hall with office and social facilities, along with the necessary supporting infrastructure. In the first stage, a building combining production and warehouse functions will be constructed, complemented by a two-storey office space.
The tenant of the facility will be the furniture manufacturer VOX.
APP-Projekt is responsible for investor supervision over the entire construction process, ensuring quality, compliance with the design documentation, and efficient coordination of works.
The general contractor for the project is ATLAS WARD POLSKA Sp. z o.o..
The completion of the investment is scheduled for October 2026.
