APP-Projekt has been appointed as the Bank Monitoring Surveyor for the Jaśminowy Mokotów 6 residential development, located on Kwitnących Jabłoni Street in Warsaw. The project aligns with the green character of the Mokotów district and represents a contemporary, sustainable approach to residential development.
The investment, developed by Skanska Residential Development Poland Sp. z o.o., comprises a complex of residential buildings, including single-family homes and multi-family urban villas, together with access roads, internal circulation, underground garages, landscaping and the required technical infrastructure. The total usable residential area will amount to approximately 6,284 sqm.
The architectural design has been prepared by the renowned BBGK Architekci, while Skanska S.A. acts as the General Contractor. Project completion is scheduled for March 2026.
Within its mandate, APP-Projekt provides independent monitoring services on behalf of the financing institution, including the assessment of construction progress, verification of compliance with design documentation, and oversight of key schedule and quality parameters.
