A new phase of retail space transformation has commenced at the G City Biała Shopping Centre in Białystok. The project involves the redevelopment and adaptation of part of the facility to accommodate a new international tenant from the fashion sector.
The implementation of this project requires precise coordination, efficient management, and a consistent approach to the investment process at every stage – from initial concept through to final delivery. The project is being carried out in cooperation with the investor, G City Europe, as part of the continued development and functional optimisation of the asset.
APP-Projekt is responsible for comprehensive project and cost management, as well as performing the role of investor’s supervision. The team’s activities are focused on ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to schedule, and full alignment of the investment with the investor’s strategic objectives. A key priority is also maintaining transparency throughout the process and supporting decision-making at every stage of the project.
The design phase has been completed and a building permit has been obtained. Preparatory works on site commenced in January, with main construction works scheduled for the coming months.
The design documentation was prepared by the Białystok-based studio JSPS, while Daldehog S.A. has been appointed as the General Contractor responsible for the construction works.
This project represents another example of APP-Projekt’s ongoing cooperation with G City Europe. At the same time, the company is also involved in the redevelopment of Shopping Centre in Warsaw.
