A distribution center for the Biedronka retail chain is currently under construction in Sokołów Małopolski. The investor is Jeronimo Martins Polska.
The project includes the construction of a modern warehouse facility with office and social areas, as well as accompanying buildings and full technical infrastructure. The scope of works covers, among others, internal and external installations, road infrastructure, a retention basin, and fire protection and logistics infrastructure. The total area of the development is approximately 31,000 sqm, reflecting the scale of the project.
APP-Projekt is responsible for comprehensive project delivery, including Project Management, Cost Control, and Investor Supervision. Our role includes schedule and budget control, quality supervision, and coordination of the execution process under a design-and-build formula.
The original design was developed by KWADRAT POLSKA Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. Currently, Fuste Polska Sp. z o.o. acts as the General Contractor and the author of the revised design.
Project completion is scheduled for April 2026.
