n May 21, another edition of Tabelaofert TALKS took place – an event dedicated to current challenges and future directions of the residential market. This year’s discussions focused not only on sales, pricing, and market conditions, but above all on social changes influencing the way modern cities are designed and function.
Among the key topics were demographic trends, migration, the senior housing market, and new lifestyle models shaping the needs of future residents. One question repeatedly emerged throughout the discussions: who will we be designing and building homes for over the next 10-20 years?
The conference concluded with a gala evening, creating an opportunity for further conversations and exchange of experiences among representatives of the real estate, design, and investment sectors.
