APP-Projekt is providing investor supervision services for the expansion of an existing production facility located in Robakowo, Poland. The project is being developed for Panattoni.
The scope of the investment includes the expansion of the operational production hall, construction of two internal office buildings, preparation of production infrastructure, and modernization of the fire protection systems.
Carrying out construction works within an operating facility requires precise coordination of the project schedule with the client's ongoing business activities. Ensuring seamless integration of the new infrastructure with the existing facility while maintaining operational continuity and the highest safety standards is a key priority.
As the Investor's Supervision Inspector, APP- Projekt is responsible for comprehensive supervision of the investment process, including quality control of construction works, verification of compliance with the design documentation and the investor's requirements, monitoring project progress against the schedule, and coordinating all parties involved in the construction process. The project is currently at the stage of constructing one of the internal office buildings.
Our role is to provide the investor with full control over the execution of the project, support informed decision-making, mitigate project risks, and ensure the investment progresses efficiently while maintaining uninterrupted facility operations.
