In residential developments, different construction stages are increasingly being carried out simultaneously. While this approach helps shorten overall project delivery times, it also requires precise coordination and continuous supervision of the construction process.

A good example is the Blask Residential Development, located at 24 Smugowa Street in Łódź. The project comprises the construction of two multi-family residential buildings, including underground parking facilities, technical infrastructure, and internal road systems. Once completed, the development will deliver a total of 214 apartments.

Our team is responsible for providing both Investor Supervision and Construction Management services, ensuring ongoing quality control, schedule monitoring, and coordination of key construction activities.

Currently, Building B has entered the finishing works stage, while Building A has reached the open shell stage. Managing these phases in parallel improves overall project efficiency, while also requiring effective collaboration, careful planning, and close coordination among all project stakeholders.
