Construction is underway on the LUMO residential development in Warsaw's Białołęka district, located on Głębocka Street. APP-Projekt is providing investor supervision and comprehensive project management in cooperation with Syrena Management, supporting Syrena Invest throughout every stage of the investment process.
Following the handover of the construction site to the General Contractor, construction works have officially commenced. APP-Projekt coordinates the entire investment process, ensuring smooth cooperation between all project stakeholders, timely execution and the highest standards of quality.
LUMO is a boutique residential development comprising 80 apartments ranging from 27 to 87 m². The four-storey building will offer balconies, loggias or private gardens for every apartment, while the top floor will feature selected units with mezzanines. Additional storage units will also be available to residents.
The development has been designed with a strong focus on everyday comfort, functional apartment layouts and high-quality shared spaces.
The General Contractor is Totalbud P.S.A., while the architectural design has been prepared by IDEAL FORMS Sp. z o.o.
