The Nowa Północ residential development in Szczecin is steadily rising - and we are there where plans turn into reality. APP-Projekt provides investor supervision for Nowa Północ – Phase 2a, the next step in the development of one of the most interesting residential projects in this part of the city. For many years, we have supported the Investor in the efficient execution of the project - from ongoing construction supervision and quality control to schedule monitoring and the timely delivery of subsequent phases.
This phase includes the construction of two residential buildings with underground garages, along with comprehensive site development. It is already the third phase of the Nowa Północ estate, delivering a total of 83 apartments.The project is currently at the structural shell stage, with completion planned for December 2026.
The Investor is RONSON Development Sp. z o.o. – Naturalis Spółka Komandytowa.
The architectural design was prepared by W+ Architekci Wolski & Włosek, while the General Contractor is P.W. “EBUD” – Przemysłówka Sp. z o.o.
