Construction works have commenced on the “ale!KEN” development – a new residential complex located in Warsaw’s Ursynów district, at the intersection of Aleja KEN and Indiry Gandhi Street, in close proximity to the district office and the Imielin metro station.
The investor is GH Development, the architectural design was prepared by Latergrupa Architekci, and Eiffage Polska serves as the general contractor.
APP-Projekt is responsible for comprehensive project management and investor supervision – from coordination of the construction process and quality control, through ongoing supervision of works, to the final handover of the development for use.
The “ale!KEN” project holds significant urban importance for this part of Ursynów. The development will enhance the district’s residential offering by combining modern architecture, functional solutions, and high-quality green spaces with the advantages of a central location and excellent public transport connectivity.
