In Łódź we cooperate with our partner Echo Investment on two projects. As a part of the React investment, which has the area of 15,000 sq m, we manage the whole project as a Project manager, Construction manager and Supervision inspector. We administer and coordinate the implementation of the project, also in the field of BREEAM certification. In another complex - Fuzja, we coordinate the arrangement works of the office and service part. Our work on this investment is scheduled for the end of the first half of 2022. We already used to work for Echo Investment, e.g. at Willa Fabrykanta in Warsaw or at the West Gate and West Link office complex in Wrocław.
