In Rewal municipality by the Baltic Sea, PINEA Resort & Apartments has being built, and APP-Project provides investor supervision over the complex. The investment is a luxurious hotel and recreation complex located in Pobierowo. Ultimately, three buildings will be built there including private apartments, a hotel in the condo system and Hilton Garden Inn. The resort will have an extensive recreational and sports infrastructure, including swimming pools with saunarium, physiotherapy rooms, SPA and gym, as well as decorated green areas with elements of original small architecture. The first apartment building has been already completed. Until the second half of next year, the APP-Projekt team of experts will conduct investor supervision over the implementation of the second stage of this investment.
