Grunwaldzka 240 investment is a project that we have been implementing in Poznań for Ronson Development. As APP-Projekt, we provide Investor Supervision. The investment will offer only 68 apartments with areas ranging from 26 to 82 sq m. Grunwaldzka 240 is built in close proximity to the business center of the capital of Greater Poland and the Lech Poznań football stadium. Among the advantages of the location is the proximity of the Marceliński Forest and various bicycle paths as well. The multi-family building will have 7 floors with a ground floor and 1 underground floor for parking. Construction works have started in the second quarter of 2021 and the investment is to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2023.
