Widok Warta consists of two residential buildings being built in Poznań. The project has numerous glazing as well as modern form. It offers 133 apartments ranging in size from approximately 31 sq m to nearly 81 sq m. As APP-Projekt, we have completed our activities for Rednet Investment as the General Contractor at the first stage of this estate. The complex is located in the heart of the Starołęka district - in the vicinity of green areas and the Warta River. We have already obtained a positive decision of the State Fire Service and the State Sanitary Inspection, the next step will be to submit an application for an occupancy permit. There are final inspections and commissioning with the investor in progress as well.
