As APP Development we continue our cooperation with Rednet Investment and Premium Properties 8 at the Let's Sea Baltic Park complex in Gąski, Western Pomerania. We provide a General Contractor service at stage II of this investment, and recently we have completed the activities at stage I, where we provided the service of the Substitute Investor as well as the General Contractor. So far, 90 apartments in three buildings have been built in the investment. The offer is addressed to customers who appreciate the possibility of relaxation combined with active recreation by the sea. Currently planned works include four segments consisting of 96 apartments, 34 residential and service premises, a sports hall and a mini-SPA, among others with swimming pool and sauna. The completion of APP Development activities at the current stage is planned for the second quarter of 2024.
