In Poznań, at Śniadeckich Street, we take part in the revitalization project of Hala Betonowa Betonhaus and Browar Hoffmanna, conducted by the investor Garvest. We provide the services of the Banking Supervision Inspector on this investment. Betonhaus is the pavilion after the East German Industry, Craft and Agriculture Exhibition organized in Poznań in 1911. The project involves the revitalization of the brewery hall and building in order to create a conference, exhibition and office center. The assumption is to adapt the Betonhaus and the former brewery building to new functions, while restoring the buildings to their original appearance. The investor also plans to build a multi-functional complex with residential buildings and an aparthotel in this area.
