The construction of the PID Polska office building in Warsaw's Służewiec has been completed. APP-Project provided Project Management, Investor Supervision and Bank Supervision Inspector services. The building is located at the intersection of Poleczki, Poloneza and Wyczółki streets and offers nearly 5,000 sqm total area and over 3 thousand sqm of A-class leasable space, located on four above-ground floors. The facility offers 75 parking spaces as well. The building's features include glass façade designed to reflect the historic alley of ash trees, located in the neighbourhood. The building has been granted an occupancy permit.
