The Ćma by Mateusz Gessler restaurant is the perfect place for all who love night visits in restaurants. The restaurant is open around the clock, seven days a week and it is located in Hala Koszyki in Warsaw at Koszykowa St. 63.

Fashionably and naturally - in other words: Polish style
The menu card that serves also as a plate coaster is full flavors that most of Polish know from their family homes, but enriched with a slight touch of fantasy. Mateusz Gessler focuses primarily on regional products. He makes sure that the dishes served in his restaurant are Polish meals. The philosophy practiced in Ćma is to eat meals from the place where we come from because our body is adapted to this and it is best absorbed by it.

An original menu

In the restaurant you will find a menu divided into four categories that corresponds with the price and color of the plate. The cheapest ones are white plates, however it is worth remembering that the cheapest does not mean the simplest. Regardless of the price, each dish is home-made, but also very interesting. Green plates are more expensive, then come blue plates and finally "richly" plates - red ones, on which the most sophisticated dishes are served.

24/7

Ćma is a Polish street cuisine open 24/7. It's the nighttime when you want to eat the most, and Mateusz Gessler understands this very well. It is not without reason that a great night butterfly hangs on the wall waiting for guests - it symbolises the Moth that is the translation of the name of the restaurant.

APP-Projekt S.A. coordinated and supervised the adaptation works of the Ćma by Mateusz Gessler.
