Multico commissioned APP-Projekt with project managemnet and investment supervision over the second phase of the construction of the Rezydencja Niechorze investment being built at Szczecińska Street in Niechorze.
The project will include the construction of five three-story buildings with a total of 162 apartments with areas ranging from 30 to 150 sq m. The complex will also include above- and underground parking lots, a restaurant and an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor terrace. And all right by the sea. The general contractor of the investment is Democo, and the designer is Brit-Plan.
