For Proxin, the investor of the Izera Park project in Świeradów Zdrój, we provide investment supervision services for the Izera Park tourist apartment complex.
The project involves the construction of five buildings with a total of 161 apartments with areas ranging from 26 to 103 sqm and two service premises.
Izera Park has carefully designed common areas and amenities such as: reception, coworking space, gym, sauna area and ski room. The offer for future residents will include underground parking lots and storage rooms. The architectural design is being carried out by the CDF Architekci studio, and the general contractor is Erbud.
The project is scheduled for completion in November 2025.
