APP-Projekt serves as the Project Management for one of the largest residential developments in Wrocław, carried out by PFR Nieruchomości. This project combines both scale and quality.
The investment comprises three buildings with a total of 477 apartments, and a fourth building, offering approximately 100 additional units, is already in the planning stage. The total usable floor area amounts to 24,624 m², and all apartments will be fully finished and ready for occupancy by the end of next year.
APP-Projekt is responsible for comprehensive multi-disciplinary supervision of the entire project – from financial oversight and documentation management, through coordination of all stakeholders, to representing the investor in dealings with institutions and project partners.
The housing complex is being developed on the banks of the Oder River, near the Milenijny Bridge and Wrocław’s green parks – an area with the potential to become a new hub of urban life.
The architectural design has been prepared by Group-Arch, while the general contractor is Eiffage Polska S.A., one of the largest construction companies in Europe.
On 21 October, a topping-out ceremony was held, symbolically marking the completion of the structural phase and a major milestone in the project’s progress.
This development is not just about buildings – it represents another step forward in the growth of responsible, long-term rental housing.
