On Thursday, October 16, 2025, a traditional topping-out ceremony took place at the construction site on Lechicka Street 65 in Poznań – a symbolic milestone marking the completion of the building shell and one of the most anticipated moments in any construction project.
The ceremony was a perfect opportunity to celebrate the progress made so far and to thank everyone who contributed to this success. The event was attended by representatives of the investor and the APP-Projekt team, as well as the designers from the Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński Design Studio.
The Lechicka 65 development, carried out by GJS74 Sp. z o.o., consists of two modern buildings – a multi-family residential building with retail units on the ground floor, and a residential and commercial building – located in the dynamically developing Piątkowo district of Poznań. The project stands out for its combination of elegant architecture, modern technologies, and high construction standards. Ultimately, it will include 190 apartments and 90 hotel rooms, with completion planned for June 2026.
The APP-Projekt team serves as the Investor’s Supervision Inspector, ensuring efficient project management, coordination across all trades, and the highest quality of construction works. The project is currently in an advanced stage – the structural works have been completed, window installation and roof insulation are in progress, as well as electrical and plumbing installations and elevator assembly. Exterior façade works have also begun.
