2025-11-17 | Kompania Piwowarska’s Safe Construction Site Recognized

We are pleased to announce that the construction of the automatic high-bay warehouse in Poznań, commissioned by Kompania Piwowarska and managed and supervised by APP-Projekt, has won first place in the Wielkopolska region in the National Labour Inspectorate’s “Build Safely” competition.

This distinction highlights the high safety standards that Kompania Piwowarska consistently implements across all its investments. As one of the largest brewers in Poland, the company has long prioritized responsible project management, modern technologies, and a safe working environment. The award confirms that this project fully reflects those values.

APP-Projekt is responsible for comprehensive project management — from design and development of safety procedures, through investor supervision and the tender process, to monitoring occupational health and safety throughout construction and commissioning. A key role was played by our HSE inspector, whose commitment, precision, and attention to detail were crucial to achieving this recognition.

The “Build Safely” competition, organized by the National Labour Inspectorate, promotes projects carried out with exceptional care for working conditions. The Kompania Piwowarska project has also advanced to the national stage of the competition.

The awards ceremony will take place on 20 November 2025 at the Voivodeship Office in Poznań.

The investment includes the construction of one of the most advanced automatic high-bay warehouses in Poland — a facility with an area of 12,000 m², a height of 40 meters, and a capacity of 40,000 pallets. The project also covers supporting infrastructure, an office and staff building, traditional warehouse halls, and the reconstruction of Szwajcarska Street. The General Contractor for the project is PORR S.A.

We extend our congratulations to Kompania Piwowarska, the General Contractor, and our supervision team for this shared achievement and for consistently building a culture of safety that has a real impact on the quality and standards of work on the construction site.
