The end of the year often marks symbolic milestones for many projects. At our construction site on Ogrodowa 12 in Poznań, we celebrated the topping out ceremony.
Ogrodowa 12, located in the very heart of Poznań, involves the redevelopment and extension of a historic tenement building, along with the construction of a new residential wing – an annex featuring underground parking, a retention tank, and a connector between the buildings. Ultimately, the development will include 120 apartments and a ground-floor retail unit.
Currently, the roof structure of the annex has been completed, and the second stage of demolition in the tenement building is finished.
APP-Projekt Development (member of RLB Euro Alliance) serves as the General Contractor for this project. Previously, we were responsible for investor supervision, and since October 2024, we have taken over project execution, with AURA Plus now handling supervision.
The architectural design was prepared by EASST Architects, and the investor is SOVO Development.
The topping out ceremony is a proud moment for the entire team – a symbol of collective effort, commitment, and excellent collaboration among all parties involved. We extend our thanks to everyone who contributes daily to making Ogrodowa 12 a unique new address on Poznań’s map.
