Another success for APP-Projekt. Shortly after receiving recognition for our project for Kompania Piwowarska, another investment supervised by APP-Projekt has earned a prestigious award. The PFR Nieruchomości Białowieska development in Wrocław, delivered by Eiffage Polska S.A., took first place in the “Build Safely” competition organized by the National Labour Inspectorate.
This is a particularly meaningful achievement for us, as in our role as the Substitute Investor we witness every day the amount of work, awareness, and commitment required to maintain the highest safety standards on this construction site.
The project consists of three buildings with a total of 477 apartments, and the next stage of the development is already in preparation. It is one of the largest residential projects currently underway in Wrocław.
