At the end of the third quarter, we obtained the occupancy permit for the Nowe Warzymice 5.2 development carried out by Ronson Development. To date, a total of six stages of the project have been completed, and we are currently carrying out works on the seventh stage.
This is another phase of a large yet intimate residential development located in Rajkowo near Szczecin, where APP-Projekt provides investor supervision, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timely project delivery.
