APP-Projekt was chosen by Goodman to act as Investor Supervisor for the BMW Group's investment. A modern warehouse with an area of over 32,000 sq. m. is being built in Swiecko. The facility will be used as a distribution centre of spare parts for the Polish and Eastern German markets. It is the first such investment in Poland and the fourth in continental Europe. Completion and putting into service are planned for the second quarter of 2018.
